Answer
1.[4]Let the number x be subtracted then,
17 - x = 1
 24- x    2
=>34 - 2x = 24 - x  => x = 10

2[2].Average = (10+15+20+25+30)=100=20
                          5                          5

3.[1]et the weekly income of Aand B respective be Rs.9x and Rs.7x and their expenditure be Rs.4y and Rs.3y
According to question
9x - 4y = Rs.200/------(1)
7x - 3y = Rs.200/------(2)
By solving of eq.(1) and (2)
x = Rs.200/-     u = Rs.400/-
So,sum of their weekly incomes = 9x +7x = 16x
= 16* 200 = Rs.3,200

4.[1]Relative speed of the Amen and Sumen  =  (11 – 10) km/hr = 1 km/hr

Distance covered in 6 minutes  = {(1/60 * 6)} km   = {1/10} km = 100 m

Distance between the Amen and Sumen = (200 – 100) m = 100 m.

5.[4] A * 30 + B * 40 = B * 80
             100       100         100
      => A * 30 = B * 80 - B * 40
               100          100       100

     =>A * 30 = B * 40
              100        100
    =>3A = 4B
Required percent = 3/4 * 100 = 75%
