Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily.I would like to express that our society is facing a very grave problem of corruption that has threatened basic foundations of society.Corruption in India is so much present in politics as well that sometimes it’s as if people really believed it’s a natural or inborn feature of the Indian democracy. Due to its huge size and the socio-ethnic diversity of the country . The corruption is increasing to such a level that India has been marked among the top 20 corrupt countries  in the world .The major reasons of fast creeping corruption are political instability, poverty, unequal structure of society, unemployment, lack of accountability, weak political institutions and absence of rule of law. Resultant they are affecting political stability, equal distribution of resources and power, confidence of local and foreign investors and political institutions.Justice delayed is justice denied. In time justice can minimize corruption practices.

Black money which can help India in other sectors necessary for development is being used to develop the businesses, owners and other parts. Its an appeal to all the indians please don't sleep now, don't  close your eyes deliberately, this is the right time to wake up and to fight against corruption and corrupt people who are assigned as the ruler to stop this problem  corruption. Everyone has to be get ready to end this corruption otherwise it will end us someday.

Thanking you
Sincerely,
Thanking you

Sincerely

SC slams Centre”s inaction.
In the Indian Democracy, the Supreme Court plays a vital role in
the arbitration of disputes among the States by extracting the
appropriate Law and application of the Law to deduce the requisite
judicial conclusion, based on the Indian Constituition, for necessary
adherence by the Central Government and directing the concerned
States –Karnataka and Tamil Nadu for necessary monitoring and
implementation of the Cauvery water sharing scheme as per the
Tribunal order.
Now the SC slams the Central Government’s inaction and delay(The
Hindu dated Apr 10,2018) on forming a suitable Cauvery Management
Board (CMB) to oversee the implementation in resolving the Cauvery
water sharing dispute between the States—Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, as
per the Cauvery Tribunal Order.
There is no Authority in the present context in India who can direct
and correct the Central Government to resolve such disputes among the
States as per the Supreme Court directive.
Who is responsible and accountable for the delay in the Central
Government for not adhering to the SC decree in resolving the conflict
between the States—Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, causing strikes and
inconveniences to the Public is not clearly known.
Or is it because of the COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY of the Central
Government dictated by the concerned Political Party in position,
elected by the Citizens of India, not directing the Bureaucracy in the
Governments to take responsibility and accountability for necessary
implementation?
GOVERNANCE in a Democracy is IMPOSSIBLE unless responsibility and
accountability are assigned at all levels in the Central and State
Governments.
The collective responsibility being followed in the Governments, Ministries and Departments and Banks is the root cause of Corruption and non governance leading to Indiscipline in India.

Respected Sir
Namaskar

Now a days, to buy a house or an agricultural land we have to carry
large number of currency notes after withdrawing from a bank. Instead
, a bank may be permitted to issue their own notes called a BANK NOTE
for the amounts say 50,000, 1 lakh, 10 lakhs, 50 lakhs and 1 Crore
rupees. The responsibility lies 100% on the issuing bank. While
issuing a Demand Draft there is an extra bank commission. But for the
issue of a Bank Note it is free of cost and is in lieu of currency
notes issued by the Reserve Bank of India. There are more advantages
to the Government, Banks, and Bank customer ,if introduced.
