1.What is partnership deed ?
A partnership comes into existence by agreement between the persons who want to share the profit of the business. Such an agreement may be implied by the conduct of the partners or may be express (Oral or written). In order to avoid future dispute, it is advisable to have a written agreement. The document containing the agreement between partners is called ‘Partnership deed’. The document containing the agreement between the partners is called ‘Partnership Deed’. The deed must be properly stamped and signed by all the partners except a minor who has be admitted in the benefits of partnership.

3.What is PIN?
A personal identification number is a numeric password shared between a user and a system, that can be used to authenticate the user to the system. Typically, the user is required to provide a non-confidential user identifier or token (the user ID) and a confidential PIN to gain access to the system.The PIN is not printed or embedded on the card but is manually entered by the cardholder during automated teller machine (ATM) and point of sale (POS) transactions (such as those that comply with EMV), and in card not present transactions, such as over the Internet or for phone banking.

Fictitious assets are not assets at all however they are shown as assets in the financial statements only for the time being. In fact, they are expenses & losses which for some reason couldn’t be written off during the accounting period of their incidence.Fictitious assets are used to keep track of assets that cannot be recorded under normal accounting categories, such as prepayments or deferred revenue.Assets, which have no market value, are called fictitious assets. Examples of fictitious assets are preliminary expenses, loss on issue of shares or debentures etc.

Foreign-exchange reserves (also called forex reserves or FX reserves) are assets held by a central bank or other monetary authority, usually in various reserve currencies foreign-exchange reserves should only include foreign banknotes, foreign bank deposits, foreign treasury bills, and short and long-term foreign government securities.Foreign-exchange reserves are called reserve assets in the balance of payments and are located in the capital account. Hence, they are usually an important part of the international investment position of a country. The reserves are labeled as reserve assets under assets by functional category. In terms of financial assets classifications, the reserve assets can be classified as Gold bullion, Unallocated gold accounts, Special drawing rights, currency, Reserve position in the IMF, interbank position, other transferable deposits, other deposits, debt securities, loans, equity (listed and unlisted), investment fund shares and financial derivatives, such as forward contracts and options. There is no counterpart for reserve assets in liabilities of the International Investment Position. Usually, when the monetary authority of a country has some kind of liability, this will be included in other categories, such as Other Investments. In the Central Bank’s Balance Sheet, foreign exchange reserves are assets, along with domestic credit.

In the recent years, media played a significant and effective role to bring landmark changes in the society.
Responsibility of media
Today, it is the media, that mould the opinion of the people and has become a training institute. It is also being used for both purposes good and bad under the cradle of propaganda. that media is playing and effective and pivotal role by imparting far-reaching impact on the country. Sometimes it is being used in the hands of such elements to fulfill their own selfish desires.
The media persons must keep in mind the ethics and responsibility of the press, it should avoid to project one-sided picture of a certain issue. Being a good and responsible informer it should provide balanced and an unbiased standpoint on any issue by keeping in view the integrity and national interest of the country.
So, media being a powerful organ in the present age of advanced communication and globalization, it must mould the public opinion but in a positive and constructive manner to bring progressive changes in the society for the well-being of the people.
Therefore¸ it is core responsibility of the media, specifically the electronic media to constructive role in the best interest of the country.It projects the issues in such a manner to influence the general public for instance the role of media in reinstatement of judiciary and made it successful by supporting and actively participating in the movement of lawyers and civil society.

Sukanya Samriddhi Account: New Scheme for a Girl Child in India
Save for every girl child in India. Reinforcing this idea, Prime
Minister Narendra Modi launched ‘Sukanya Samriddhi Account Scheme’, a
small savings scheme as a part of the ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’
campaign. It is also considered a part of the government’s initiative to
increase the percentage of domestic savings, which has reduced from 38%
of the GDP in 2008 to 30% in 2013. This scheme will encourage parents
to save for the education and future of their girl child.
- Account Transferability: The account can be opened with an amount of Rs. 1000. It can be transferred from the original location to anywhere in India as the girl child relocates.
- Minimum Contribution: A minimum contribution of Rs. 1000 per account has to be deposited per year. A maximum of Rs.1, 50,000 per account can be deposited. There is no limit in the number of deposits in a financial year. The money can be deposited through cash, cheque or draft.
- Penalty: A penalty of Rs.50 will be imposed if the account is not credited with the minimum amount.
- Rate of Interest: The scheme is offering an interest rate of 9.1% per year. However, it will be revised in April every year and the change will be communicated subsequently. The interest will be compounded yearly and directly credited to the account.
- Term Period: The guardian is expected to deposit amount in the account only till the completion of 14 years. No deposits after that is required till the maturity of the account.
- Withdrawal: A premature withdrawal (at the end of the previous financial year) of 50% of the accumulated amount is allowed after the girl child turns 18.
- Closure of Account: The account can be closed only after the child turns 21. If the money is not withdrawn even after that, it will continue to earn the interest.
- Taxation: As per Section 80C of Income Tax Act, the investment (up to Rs.1.5 lakhs) under the scheme, all the payments including the interest payment and the total maturity amount will be fully exempted from taxation.
